Automotive Technician Duties

Automotive technicians provide service according to Mopar®-certified quality within the specified timeline. A significant portion of work time is spent providing routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and wheel alignment services. Automotive technicians also perform repairs as needed for primary systems and components, including the brakes, transmission, suspension, exhaust, engine cooling, and more.

We keep meticulous automotive service records, requiring that technicians read and understand historical service data while logging current service data accurately.

Service technicians receive service orders from advisors, implement the recommended service protocol efficiently, communicate clearly and effectively with complementary departments, and complete services according to factory standards.

We are dedicated to workplace safety and environmental cleanliness as a Mopar®-certified service department. Automotive technicians must support the service department's safety agenda by following all guidelines, procedures, and regulations. This includes keeping equipment in the specified storage area and the workspace clean.
