Tate Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram of Frederick is committed to the safety of our customers and employees. To that end, we are taking all necessary actions to limit possible exposure of the COVID 19 virus.

 

Regarding Our Facility: We are disinfecting/ cleaning surfaces throughout the dealership, continuously during operating hours. 

 

Regarding Our Customer's Vehicles: We will be using gloves, plastic wheel covers, seat covers, & floor mats to minimize contact with your vehicle.  These will be removed before the vehicle is returned. 

 

Regarding Our Inventory: All vehicles will be disinfected/ cleaned after every test drive and before being made available for display.

 

Regarding Our Employees: If an employee has had exposure to COVID-19  or show signs of symptoms, they will not be allowed to return to work, until they have self-quarantined & been certified by a doctor, We are suspending large group meetings & encouraging our team to practice social distancing and regular hand washing.

 

Service Repair Pick Up and Delivery: We offer vehicle pick up and delivery for vehicles requiring repair. This service is limited to the city of Frederick. Service loaners can also be dropped off for covered repairs.  

 

24 hr. Service Drop Off Box. Our service department has a 24 hr drop off box, for those customers that would rather drop off their vehicle without entering the facility or interacting with a service advisor. 

 

Fast Track Sale: We offer our customers the ability to complete the majority of the buying process from home, greatly reducing the time required in the dealership. Fast Track sales goal is in and out of the dealership in 30 min or less. Fast Track appointment is required. Call dealership for detail
